The more things change, the more they stay the same……

It sounds cliche, but I as I get older, I do find that there is this carousel of activity/happenings that remind me of when I was a kid, or at least much younger. It makes me beleve that there is no difference to human nature, and wonder if it has always been this way, or progressed to the point we are at now.

Let me provide an example; I read report recently that Gen Y’s do not like having their bosses looking over their shoulder, and in essence do not feel they need bosses at all.
